Discovered by Tiesto
His first number one single, Overkill, hit the charts worldwide in 2001 and since then Mark’s topped the Dutch ClubCharts with his songs Total Seduction and Faith. His work as a producer even caught the attention of DJ Tiesto, who took Mark under his wing and welcomed him into the Black Hole Recordings family (Magik Muzik).

Winning awards & on stage with an orchestra
It didn’t take Mark Norman long to top the Dutch ClubCharts once again. He also broke the top ten in clubcharts worldwide with Phantom manor. This culminated in the success of Mark winning the Dutch DJ Award for Best New Talent and the Frysian Pop Award. In 2005 Mark Norman released the album Synchronicity and performed on top notch stages worldwide and even shared a stage with an classical Orchestra.
80 days around the world
Pumping the crowds at the mainstage at Trance Energy, Mark grew his reputation as a top club DJ and released yet another number one single titled Touchdown. His successful remixes, including that of Tiesto’s Love Comes Again, have also become crowd favourites and thanks to the explosion of Mark’s fanbase, he completed a world tour of 24 countries across 80 days.
Enrique Iglesias vs Miley Cyrus
After his following album, Colours, Mark held another world tour and had the opportunity to perform with Enrique Iglesias.He’s also participated in the Holland Dance Festival Project and toured in Australia, Scandinavia, North America and Asia. For his latest single 'Locked Inside' he worked with Mike Schmid who is Miley Cyrus’ keyboard player.
Mark's sound is all about channeling the energy of a great setlist and sharing positive vibes to the audience. Wether rocking the decks at clubs or on major festival stages, his show is a true experience.
